True, the Scandinavians have proved that red hot rawk is again fashionable, but why pay for your musical vent with the pricey Euro when the good old Loonie will fetch some excellent garage action? Start with this Tangiers band. A buncha bed-headed youth sloppy enough to run their group photo upside down in the CD sleeve, but tight enough to make their music a vibrant listen. Rip snorting bands that like their drink are now a common sight, but ones that get right to the jugular are rare. Tangiers are it.
