After years of toil Face To Face are finally generating some well deserved buzz. Their straight laced passionate punk fits nicely alongside, say, Social Distortion. So it's a bit odd to find them splitting duties with Celtic icons Dropkick Murphys. Doesn't look good on paper, but works on record. Going from the heart and soul of blue collar anthems to rousing drinking anthems makes perfect sense when you hear it. Especially when the Murphys burn through CCR's "Fortunate Son," a dusty tune just awaiting proper resurrection.
