Oh lookie Mattel's Thingmaker is back. That swank sixties moulded goop contraption that yielded psychedelic creepy crawlies of the slimy variety. But wait, what folly is this? Upon further investigation all that lies in the shiny plastic box is one hard shiny CD disc. Not malleable in the least. Harumph. Well at least the music is kinda scary, in a garagey type matter. Good stuff by the Lazy Cowgirls, The Hunches and your friends and mine, The New Bomb Turks. Twenty two super fantastic hit explosions sure to smoke dad's hi-fi console. And that's about as close to greasy kids stuff fun as is allowable by law.
