Eight brothers and sisters from a Tongan immigrant family, the Jets burned up the airwaves and dancefloors in the late eighties with their infectious dance pop and heartfelt love ballads. If you're like me, this is one of those bands you didn't really pay much attention to, but it's a sound you couldn't avoid if you were anywhere near a radio from 1986 to 1990. I was pleasantly surprised by how well I remembered some of these songs, and by how much I liked some of the songs I remembered.

This is a perfect choice for the Millennium Collection series - 12 chart hits at a popular price point from a band you probably don't need more than 12 tracks from. In fact, you might not even need 12, but it's nice ear candy worth a try.
