STARCRASHER
Everything (no label)

Reviewed by Jason Thornberry

Starcrasher are a fairly new Fullerton, California-based crust core coalition with snot-covered Discharge shirts and muddy dreadlocks that you can almost get a whiff of when you put the cd in.

Just kidding.

They actually know the definition of melody, thank you. They also appear to own more than two pair of underwear between the four of them. Remnants of early 1980’s rock ala Pat Benatar meets the Foo Fighters or Superdrag with a very able rhythm section keeping it all interconnected. Excellent vocals too. These are catchy numbers, but with only two songs it felt like a tease. More, please.

Grade: B.
