Wow, if Cookie Monster fronted a metal band, it'd probably sound just like this. While I can't tell what the singer (Jonathan Hunt) is saying here, it's not hard to imagine he's just saying "Cookie! Me want cookie! Yum, yum!" over and over. I refuse to look at the lyric sheet enclosed, too, just because in my world, I like thinking this is what the album's about, and not the blood-splattered prone guy spread across the cover. The accompanying music is your standard fare of guitar noodling and rapid-fire drumming, with long, ballady instrumentals sandwiched in between shouted grunts about cookies and being hungry.
