Hey, how about that? An old timey styled preachin' the blues gospel hour without all the modern trappings that soil church music these days. Just big voices, plenty of hand claps, angelic hallelujah backing vocals and some rolling piano to keep it all going. Slipping traditional spirituals ("We Shall Overcome," "Down By The Riverside"), and classic church soul ("People Get Ready," "A Change Is Gonna Come") in with the originals gives the mix a nice balance. A-men.
