Regis Philbin has been cloned. There just isn't any other explanation. He's on tv 24/7, quiz mastering, chat hosting, David Letterman guesting, and now he has time to record an album. Creepy huh? At least he can sing. A nice mellow tenor, meandering through placid standards like "Cheek To Cheek" and "Pennies From Heaven," that is perfectly innocuous and safe for Aunt Elsie at Christmas time.
