Right down to the ransom note font this thing reeks of the Sex Pistols, but as rip offs of that heavenly slice of '77 punk go, this is pretty good. The Generators have the chainsaw guitar action down pat and though the singer has a SoCal bark, the glory days of decrepit London do indeed spring to mind. Nice and snotty does it. Time to gel up that mohawk, polish the Doc Martens and smash it up for old time's sake.
