A case where a collection of demos and unreleased tracks outguns official releases, Tilt's latest presents the group without the high volume rage that mars their punk slabs. Hiding Cinder Block's swank X-style vocal behind a wall of noise makes no sense at all, especially when the band can camp it up so well (the Dukes of Hazzard theme) or dip into a country mode.
