Now here's something you don't hear everyday. A band whose bassist, Dalty, has no legs, and no fingers! Apparently he plays in a wheelchair, but obviously has overcome his handicap through amazing dexterity to play bass, because this is some ripping shit. The main female singer, Stacey Dee, reminds me of Beki Bondage (Vice Squad) and the band has a cool early '80s hardcore sound. Most of the lyrics are personal focusing on things like the "Psycho Bitch" and having "Bad Luck." Dalty sings lead on the speedy "Vanity Fair Blackout" and drummer Joann Rawkmom takes the vocals on "She's Got It All." Donny Paycheck (Zeke, Camerosmith) subs on the drums for a couple of tracks, too. There's plenty of tasty lead guitar work by Gonz, whose style is not too flashy and seems rooted in classic punk and a lot of Chuck Berry/Keith Richards. There's lots of cool backing vocals, "Heys" and "Yeahs" all over the place. "Dubya" is a great indictment of our pseudo-president. Cool.
