I don't know exactly what they use their title airstrip for, but 10 Ft. Ganja Plant, a collective of musicians (including members of John Brown's Body) from the tropical climes of upstate New York, have used this CD to smuggle some solid 70's riddims into the 21st century.

Under the leadership of dubmaster Craig Welsch, The Plant digs into the reggae history bin to summon up some deep sounds full of rasta consciousness and musical righteousness. While the sounds are stylistically diverse, covering a range of bases from deep soul dub to lively up rock steady, they are consistently excellent. Hillside Airstrip is a place that fans of roots reggae will want to land real soon.
