Rats contains sixteen tracks that could have fallen off the Nuggets boxed set. That or it's the new generation of The Gants, Electric Prunes, and Seeds worship, with several members of what's also known as KRMTX and Blood Brothers and the under very appreciated and regrettably unknown Soiled Doves get together with what could be your an boombox, but it's probably just a Fostex 8 track in dire need of some head cleaner and cotton swabs. This extremely brief, potent outburst is suited for fans of early Guided by Voices whose penchant for noize just can't be delivered by the Sonics anymore.
