DAVID AARON
The Patchwork (self-released)
Reviewed by Jason

The Patchwork begins with Aaron as a sly
young Evan Dando, but then he appears to meander
into that room marked "1994-era Grundge" and
meets up with Layne Staley. While "Someday" and
"Your Skin" grooved along in a thrift shop Robert
Pollard fashion, the remainder of this already
brief release made me wish Patchwork was a single. Here's to potential, and the hope he steers clear of Eddie Vedder later.
