The Music Cartel churn out the heaviest of the heavy rock, so when this "medieval tribute to Black Sabbath" appeared on the desk I expected nothing less. A quick listen and a scramble to read the jacket more carefully, I found these troubling words: "classic Sabbath songs played with medieval instruments circa the 14th century." And just to add insult to injury, the whole thing's in Latin. Yup, Latin. So the battle cry in "War Pigs" becomes "Ehue, Deus!" Chanting and harp strumming and hurdy gurdying - surely Ozzy Satan doth not approve.
