VP Records continues their long running series with 18 new cuts inna dance hall style. Whether conscious or slack, from old favorites to new faces, this is a party masterpiece, with every cut full of bumps and beats designed to get you out of your chair. As they have 22 times before, the folks at VP have surveyed the scene and given us the kind of collection that reminds you of a trip down a Kingston side street, with competing sound systems rocking the block with tough new sides. If it wasn't for Strictly The Best, I'd be so far behind the Jamaican sounds that I'd, well, I'd still have a lot of great music to listen to, but I'd miss so much more. Don't miss this one.
