"Who Will Save Rock and Roll?" is the lead off track here, and we all know the answer eh kids? Damn straight it's the fucking Dictators! Pardon the language but the politically incorrect nature of this beast is highly infectious. With New York laying in rubble the time is high for the resurrection of the original big bad apples. A timely time warp back to the good old days is indeed in order. It's been twenty years since Handsome Dick Manitoba, Andy Shernoff and Scott Kempner last entered a studio en masse, but it seems like yesterday. The boys, er men, whip through a dozen crank rawk anthems sure to put a squiffy grin on any old geezer. Joey and Stiv may be pushing up daisies, but The Dictators are still here to remind us what New York rock was/is all about.
