I had high hopes for this recently unearthed artifact after reading about said creator in the NY Times and some other sources. The way people have described this as some sort of mysterious avant-garde garage-pop, you'd think it was the holy grail of undiscovered '70s music. To me, it sounds like Steely Dan or something equally hideous. Not my bag at all.
