PAUL BURCH
Fool For Love (Bloodshot)
Reviewed by John Sekerka
A breezy, dusty plains kinda record that singing cowboys used to make. Tumbleweeds tumble by whilst listening. Honest. Paul Burch has a lovelorn lilt that plays nicely off the strummin' band. Old style country albums are rare gems these here days, and should be dutifully celebrated when they come along. Eleven heartfelt songs of foolish love and one train tune. There ya go.
