Armed and dangerous pure punk of the first generation still gets the job done. The Tora! quintet play loud controlled mayhem: tight spastic guitar chops, snotty venomous vocals, and most importantly, an adventurous composition sense. Hearkens back to the day when punks really thought they had something to say, in that fine anti upperclass English manner. Funny thing is they come from Minnesota. Please don't let that deter you, these boys have the gift.
