WILSON PICKETT
It's Harder Now (Bullseye)

This is the shit. Wilson Pickett, the real Wilson Pickett. Not the
shadow of Wilson Pickett who was subject to major label homogenization
in the eighties. This is the wicked, wicked Wilson Pickett - the one
who got more butts moving on more dance floors and had more sweat
pouring from teenage pores than anyone before or since. The man whose
best was the best there ever was at his best.
As I said, this is the shit.
There are eleven new tracks here, performed, in the master's own words,
"by actual musicians in real time." Eleven tracks where the playing
counts more than the production. Eleven smokin', sweaty, soulful tracks
of raw emotional power.
Enough talk. Buy this CD. Put it on. Dance 'til you drop.
Track List: Outskirts Of Town * Taxi Love * What's Under That Dress? *
