Album number two for these progressives metallers from Florida. The guitarist used to wear heavy dirtbike boots with thorny spikes sticking out of them. They didn't play around. Blessed is probably the best single way to truly bum out the devout, or anyone else who is a bit uptight, and maybe prefers their crucifixes right side up. Notable for having half of the legendary Terrorizer line-up, a man/machine who will go down in history as the second best grindcore drummer ever (the first being Mick "The Human Tornado" Harris of Napalm Death), and David Vincent (vocals/bass), who will truly be missed, as he’s now a Genitorturer apparently. Blessed is a classic blending of math-rock skill, and single-minded aggression at about 360 beats per minute.
