This is one incredible little collection of Afro-Cuban music from a who's who of the Cuban scene. Thrilling, exhilarating, inspiring music with the greatest rhythms on Earth, and the added thrill of taboo cuz Uncle Sam doesn't want us playing in that yard. The festive atmosphere of the Havana night transfers well to disc. Ng La Banda, Irakere, Son 14, Albita and several other staples of the Cuban scene are present and well accounted for, so you can count on this being in your player night after night. It makes me want to join the party, but until travel restrictions are lifted this'll do nicely.
