Yeah this might have seemed like a tough-chick band 30 years ago, or maybe even 40, but after Texas Terri and Jarboe and hell, even Grace Slick and Janis Joplin, these girls seem awfully tame. They're really just cute girls that play all their own instruments (because apparently, that's still a big deal these days), have artistically-messy hairstyles and wear leather jackets. You know, like in the movie "Grease," where the "bad boys" performed slightly dangerous but extremely restrained and commercially viable disco hits, when even in the real 50s, they would have been a lot rawer and more dangerous? Imagine if Rozz had had a band, and they kind of played rock'n'roll instead of disco, and you've got a good idea of what this band sounds like.
