Andy Higgins was the guitarist/vocalist in Erase Today, a great British melodic punk band. This is his new solo project, which is just himself accompanied by his electric guitar a la early Billy Bragg. Like Bragg, it's quite political, but harder-edged sounding. He also is not above doing simple "love gone bad" songs, either. In-between the songs are fun soundbites culled from I presume mainly British media sources. His songs address rock stars, ex- girlfriends, greed, hate, war, etc. Cool stuff.
