Pitting mechanized chaos against palatable rhythms has always been Front Line Assembly's forte, and master knob twiddlers Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber (back in the fold) continue to spearhead the genre they helped establish decades past. There's always room for some sinister elements in the overtly techno happy electronics state of computerized music, but who, exactly will knock down record store doors that doesn't already own the back catalogue? Do beat crazy ominous industrial gothic sound collages ever go out of style? Unfortunately for FLA, yes.
