Legend has it that Steve Marshall learned to read at the tender age of 2 from the labels of 45s. He spent most of his life in St. Louis, working for The St. Louis Post Dispatch for 14 years. Now settled on the east coast, Steve, his wife Lauren and their two children share their home with a record collection so large it has its own zip code. By day, Steve is a systems analyst, and by night, he writes for Cosmik Debris and a few other publications. His writing first appeared in Cosmik in the September 1995 issue.
